J&H served as the primary software vendor and I.T. services provider for Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Company of North Dakota , an 'A' (Excellent) rated company by A.M. Best, from 1989 to 08/03/2012. The J&H Insurance Software System and related services successfully supported the Farmers Union Insurance home office and its agency force. According to former General Manager Odean Olson (1989 - 2011):
